Friday we had a delivery to two four year old boys. One of the boys had his birthday earier in the week but he stayed home, but we were able to deliver his cake the same day as our other little boy.
Both were just so surprised.
Four year old boy #1, had just come in from playing outside when we arrived, and we had a cute little conversation. We had asked him how old he was and he told me 18!. LOL Later on, he said that he was really 4. He loved his cake and he loved his presents, although he was a little discouraged that he couldn’t open them up right then and there. 🙂
Four year old boy #2 was a little shy at first and didn’t want to be called out and noticed. He tried to play that he wasn’t in the classroom. Once his teachers told him to get up, he came up and looked at his cake and took his gift. He didn’t really know what was going on and had this look of, “What did I do to deserve this?”. Unfortunately, we were not able to take pictures of this little boy. Cute as he was, we just didn’t have permission to do so.
Thank you to the volunteers who made this day possible for these two little boys. They truly did appreciate it, and so do we!!

“What did I do to deserve this?” brings tears to my eyes. Kelly, who knows? Maybe this was his first birthday celebration. You are so precious doing what you do Kelly. Bless you and your workers. You guys ROCK!
