June was a pretty busy month for us, but we were able to help 10 children have a birthday with their families.
We also hit a milestone for Birthday Blessings. Since our first Birthday Blessing in June 2011, we have helped 104 children. In just a year’s time, we have helped make a difference to over 100 kids.
Jill and I are so incredibly blessed to have the volunteers that we do. Never in my wildest dreams, would I have thought we would have hit this milestone so quickly. With the help of Jill and the many volunteers that are sharing this mission with us, we are making a difference.
Our volunteer base has grown from just me and Jill to 64 in just a year’s time, and we are continually accepting new volunteers to help with this outreach/ministry.

I also want to send out a special thank you to Lifebridge Methodist Church in Shawnee, for using us as your VBS missions. In just one month, they have collected over 50 gifts to help stockpile Birthday Blessings. We are so thankful for you and your congregation in helping us provide for our children!
We thank you all so much for making these children’s birthday’s a little brighter and full of smiles. We can’t do this without you all.
